Yassir is a platform that connects customers with VTC drivers. With Yassir, you have access to a wide range of services, including immediate rides, advance bookings, airport packages, multi-stop trips, and hourly chauffeur services. Since its launch in late 2017, over 2 million customers have already used our services in Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, France, and South Africa.

To use Yassir's services, you need to create a personal account on our mobile application (available on the App Store and Play Store). Simply provide your name, surname, email address, and mobile number. Once your account is created, you can order your first ride. The steps to order are as follows: Enter the drop-off address. Select your desired vehicle category with the corresponding fare. Choose between an immediate ride or an advance booking. Click "Order Now" to confirm your ride. You will receive a notification with the driver's details (driver's name, phone number, vehicle make, and license plate). You can track the driver's location in real-time on the app. You have 5 minutes after confirming the order to cancel without any charges. Immediate Ride An immediate ride allows you to enter your pick-up and drop-off locations with a fixed price. The fare is calculated based on the distance and estimated time of travel at the moment of booking.

Airport packages guarantee a fixed price regardless of traffic conditions. Travel worry-free to your destination, knowing the exact fare in advance. The airport packages vary based on your location within the city and to and from the airports. More details can be found in our Pricing section.

Upon confirming your ride, the app will display the vehicle details, including model, make, and license plate. The driver's photo and name will also be shown on the screen. A notification at the top of the screen indicates the estimated time of arrival. The app will update the status of your ride, such as "Yassir en route" (driver en route to your location), "Arrivée de votre Yassir" (driver arrived at your location), "En route" (on your way to the destination), and "Arrivée à destination" (arrived at your drop-off address).

You can find all the details of your past rides in the "My Rides" section of the app. This includes the vehicle details, driver information, your rating and comments, the route taken, and the amount paid.

Yes, our partner-drivers are available 24/7. You can request a ride at any time of the day.
